This indeterminate, beefsteak type tomato is medium-large (8-12 oz.) in size. This open-pollinated “deep purplish –black” in color is classified the “black" tomato category. The full acid, sweet yet tangy, tomato flavor even has a hint of smokiness to excite your taste buds but small than the Cherokee Purple. The plant grows 5 feet and produces more tomatoes per plant than other large black varieties. These seeds were given to me by Larry Pierce of Missouri. 80 days.
